Your hosts Vincenzo di Cugno and Giorgio Simonetti have decades of experience working in hospitality. As well as the Beach Shack Vincenzo is the owner and manager of award winning La Cucina + Bar in Port Douglas. After working together for many years Giorgio joined forces with Vincenzo to rejuvenate the Beach Shack brining with him nearly two decades of restaurant experience. Both Vincenzo and Giorgio along with their team are focused in exceeding customer expectation and creating a unique yet familiar dining experience.
